GSP Lechon Manok were produced from freshly-dressed (not frozen) chicken meat individually pierced through stainless steel roast bars which were symmetrically roasted over traditional charcoal ember. The electrically-driven roasting machine is installed in a roasting booth made of glass encased paneling on stainless framings complete with an exhaust fan attached to an air duct or chimney.

But before that, dressed chickens were first cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before undergoing marinating procedure using no chemicals nor food preservatives but all-natural spices and ingredients. Then, these processed chickens were neatly packed ready for distribution to our strategically scattered outlets within CAVITE province and lately in some parts of Metro Manila.

The equally delicious home-made GRAVY (or Sauce) were also made from all-natural condiments, spices and ingredients to provide a compatible partner to our delectable and juicy “lechon manok”.
