  1. Send a Letter of Intent addressed to the Franchise Director of GS PAGTAKHAN Lechon Manok, Inc. together with the location map of the proposed site.
  2. We will then pre-qualify your application and call you for a meeting to discuss other application procedures and requirements.

FRANCHISE INVESTMENT PACKAGE (effective Sept. 1, 2009)
Franchise Fee - Php 60,000.00
Franchise Set Up - Php 135,000.00
Total Investment Package - Php 195,000.00

Franchise Set Up includes the following:
  1. One (1) unit CART with built in signage’s and lighting accessories
  2. One (1) unit ½ hp electric motor and accessories
  3. Seven (7) units stainless roastbars
  4. One (1) chopping table
  5. One (1) chopping knife
  6. One (1) chopping board
  7. One (1) cooler
  8. Two (2) sets of crew’s uniform (for 2 crew)
  9. Training costs
  10. Initial inventory of 50 pcs. Chicken
  11. Pre operating cost
    1. Ten (10) pcs. Chicken for FREE TASTING
    2. Leaflets/flyers
    3. One (1) sack of charcoal
    4. Banana leaves and plastic bags
    5. Allowances for support group
    6. Other miscellaneous expenses
  12. Assistance in securing permits and license.
Breakdown of OPENING FEE (Php 3,000.00)
  1. Food and drinks (including disposable plates, cups, spoon/fork)
  2. Music and decorations
  3. Miscellaneous expenses for distributing leaflets and fliers
Optional:

Services of GS PAGTAKHAN Lechon Manok Mascot and allowance for gasoline/vehicle (Php 1,500.00).

Monthly Service Fee: No royalty fee
